Why Poynting for commercial and industrial connectivity
In commercial and industrial environments, wireless performance often hinges on the selection of the correct antenna and its proper specification. Whether you are improving coverage in a warehouse, connecting remote assets, enabling fleet telemetry, or building resilient site communications, the antenna must match the frequency bands, mounting constraints, and real-world conditions.
Poynting Antennas are widely used in demanding environments where stable connectivity supports productivity, safety, and operational visibility.

EPOYNT Series, all-in-one antenna enclosures for LTE/5G and Wi-Fi
Smart antenna enclosures designed to house your router and maximise performance in one integrated unit. Just install your own LTE/5G router module, and you’re ready to go.
Built to support devices up to 185 x 145 x 45 mm³, the ePoynt-1 (EPNT-1) features four omni-directional, cross-polarised antennas, delivering wideband coverage across 617 to 3800 MHz with up to 5 dBi peak gain. It’s perfect for urban or high-density environments where consistent speed and stability are crucial, thanks to its advanced MIMO design.
The ePoynt-2 (EPNT-2) goes further, combining two directional high-gain cross-polarised antennas (up to 11 dBi) with two of the omni antennas from the EPNT-1. This setup supports 4×4 MIMO or dual 2×2 MIMO routers, making it ideal for more demanding connectivity requirements.
Both models include dual-band Wi-Fi antennas covering 2.4 GHz and 5–6 GHz for 2×2 MIMO support, offering complete indoor and outdoor coverage in one weatherproof, IP65-rated unit.
XPOL‑5G Series, cross‑polarised antennas built for modern LTE and 5G networks
The XPOL‑5G Series brings together POYNTING’s proven cross‑polarised antenna technology in two versatile models, XPOL‑1‑5G and XPOL‑2‑5G, designed to support today’s LTE networks while remaining ready for future 5G deployments.
The XPOL‑1‑5G is an omni‑directional antenna engineered for consistent performance in environments where signals arrive from multiple directions. It delivers wideband coverage from 617 to 3800 MHz with up to 3 dBi peak gain, supporting both 2×2 and 4×4 MIMO to improve throughput, reliability and network stability.
For installations that benefit from focused signal reception, the XPOL‑2‑5G offers a directional design with extended frequency coverage from 617 to 4200 MHz. Its controlled radiation pattern enables a higher peak gain of up to 11 dBi in a single direction, making it ideal for fixed wireless access and long‑range LTE or 5G links using 2×2 MIMO.
Across the range, the XPOL‑5G Series features carefully engineered radiation patterns to maximise performance and minimise interference. Housed in a rugged, IP65‑rated enclosure, these antennas are built to withstand harsh outdoor conditions, offering long‑term reliability in demanding environments.
PUCK Series, compact omni‑directional antennas for demanding environments
The PUCK Series from POYNTING delivers high‑performance wireless connectivity in a compact, low‑profile form factor designed for commercial and industrial use.
Despite its small footprint, the PUCK antenna integrates multiple technologies within a single enclosure. Depending on the model, it supports MIMO LTE and 5G coverage from 617 to 4200 MHz, dual‑band MIMO Wi‑Fi across 2.4 GHz and 5 to 6 GHz, as well as GPS and GLONASS positioning. With flexible mounting options, installation is quick and straightforward across a wide range of applications.
Engineered for reliability, the PUCK Series offers impressive RF performance relative to its size, measuring just 100 mm in diameter and 36 mm in height. Its robust construction makes it especially well suited to harsh operating conditions, including agricultural and outdoor environments.
Built to endure, the PUCK Series carries an IP68 rating for protection against dust and water ingress, along with an IK10 impact rating for resistance to physical damage. The result is a compact antenna solution that delivers dependable connectivity wherever space is limited and conditions are tough.
LPDA Series, high-gain wideband antennas built for reliable long-range performance
A powerful directional antenna designed to deliver consistent high-gain coverage across an ultra-wide frequency range. Covering 698 to 3800 MHz (and up to 7200 MHz with the LPDA-500 model), it supports a wide array of global cellular and data bands — including GSM, 3G, HSPA, LTE, and WiMAX.
With a peak gain of up to 11 dBi, this antenna is ideal for boosting weak signals in challenging environments, making it a go-to solution for remote or fringe areas where connectivity is unreliable. It also covers extended licensed and unlicensed frequency bands, including the European and US digital dividend ranges, as well as 2.3–2.7 GHz data bands.
The LPDA’s rugged, field-proven design has demonstrated long-term durability in harsh climates across Africa and Europe, offering near-zero failure rates. Whether for enterprise, industrial or rural deployments, this antenna delivers stable, long-distance connectivity — perfect for GSM-based applications including LTE, HSPA, 3G, EDGE, and GPRS.
