RFShop Australia Return of Goods Policy


This Return of Goods Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the return and exchange of products purchased from RFShop Australia (“Company”) through our eCommerce website www.rfshop.com.au (“Website”), or directly from our team via phone calls, Live Chat, email and purchase orders. By making a purchase from RFShop our customers (“Customers”) agree to adhere to this policy.


Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Damaged or Defective Products

Customers may return products purchased from us if they receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers must notify us within 30 days of receipt of the product to be eligible for a return.


1.2 Change of Mind

In cases where the product is not damaged or defective, but the Customer has changed their mind, returns are subject to our discretion. We may accept returns in such cases under certain conditions, as outlined below.


Return Conditions and Process

2.1 Return Authorization

To initiate a return, Customers must contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe and provide the following details:


Order number

Reason for return

Description and condition of the product

Our customer service team will provide further instructions and determine if the return is eligible.


2.2 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Customers must ship the returned product in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and other items that were originally provided.


2.3 Inspection and Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the condition and eligibility for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Gift cards or vouchers



In cases where a product is eligible for exchange, Customers may request an exchange for an alternative product of equal value, subject to availability. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned item and completion of the inspection process outlined in Section 2.3.


Limitations and Disclaimers

5.1 Product Condition

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and free from damage or signs of wear and tear, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item. The product must be packaged/wrapped properly to avoid damage during shipping, no shipping labels or tape should be attached directly to the items original packaging. All instruction/warranty etc documentation that was included with the item must be returned undamaged as well.


5.2 Refund Amount

Refunds will generally be issued for the purchase price of the returned product, excluding any shipping charges or additional fees incurred during the purchase process. Goods purchased incorrectly or no longer required can be returned under certain conditions including re-stocking fee 10-15% of the purchase price for regular products and 25% for custom cables.


5.3 Modification of Policy

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Return of Goods Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that particular transaction.
