RF Shop Australia: RF Shop Australia is an Independent Australian Company dedicated to selling Radio Frequency Equipment. Our aim is to give you the Best possible service at Competitive Prices.
THE PRODUCTS: Goods supplied are sourced from numerous sources locally and overseas. It is our policy to purchase from reputable suppliers to assure that the products are of the highest quality.
PRICES: The prices shown on the Web Site are current at the time of display / print however there are many factors which can affect cost prices including material cost rises, shortages and currency variations, etc. Prices are therefore subject to change without notice.
Where a written quotation is requested and issued, prices shall be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of quotation unless otherwise specified. Prices may or may not include GST as indicated on the quotation. Refer to the quotation for any special conditions. Tax invoice will be issued upon delivery.
PAYMENT TERMS: are “payment before delivery”. Payment can be made by Paypal, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), Direct Deposit or Company Cheque subject to clearance.
Credit accounts are available for regular customers with a minimum 3 months trading history with RF Shop. All account orders and subsequent provision of credit are subject to satisfactory credit arrangements. RF Shop may suspend shipments at any time if any invoice or account becomes overdue. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS: Goods and Services supplied by RF Shop remain the property of RF Shop, in accordance with the retention of title clause, until goods supplied are paid for by the customer.
LIABILITY: The use of the products purchased is beyond our control or supervision. We therefore cannot accept any liability for losses or consequential damage to any goods or equipment. We do ensure that the products are of the highest quality however in a rare event of a product being faulty, we will make a claim to our supplier on your behalf. Each supplier has their own policy on returned goods which range from repair to replacement after inspection.
BACK ORDERS: We will notify you of any products that we do not have in stock and agree upon the best course of action for you, before taking any payments.
GOODS RETURNED: Please, it is essential you contact us before returning any products. For faulty/( or incorrectly sent by us) products we can send a shipping label for you to return them to us. All other goods to be returned must be freight prepaid. Always include a copy of the original purchase invoice.
Faulty goods will be returned to our supplier for their determination. Faulty goods will be replaced, repaired or credited. Goods purchased incorrectly or no longer required can be returned under certain conditions including re-stocking fee 10-15% of the purchase price. Shipping cost is not refundable. For goods that are returned, they must be sent back in the original packaging and same as new condition they were received in; that is no price tags, shipping labels, tape / text marks, physical damage to box, never been used or installed, etc. Please ensure that all items are returned including any parts, accessories and instructions that were included with the original package.
ERRORS/OMISSIONS: Due to the large product range shown on our web site, it is possible that mistakes exist. All care has been taken to eliminate errors, but no responsibility can be accepted. Please tell us if you discover any discrepancies.
DELIVERY: Delivery and handling charges apply to all orders. The prices quoted are for deliveries within Australia using our selected transport companies.
Customers are welcome to send their own couriers to pick up the goods. NO delivery or handling charge applies if goods are picked up either in person or with your nominated transport company.
AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY * Parcels over 3kg will be sent by the most economical way, usually by road. Please allow extra time for delivery. If air service is required, please contact us and we will provide costing based on your requirements.
* Please Note: The above prices are for standard products to standard delivery areas. Bulky Products and delivery to Remote / Special areas will incur additional charges.
RF Shop is not responsible to the customer or any person claiming through the customer for any loss or damage to goods in transit caused by any event of any kind by any person (whether RF Shop is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss or damage).
RF Shop must provide the customer with such assistance as may be necessary to press claims on carriers so long as the customer:
1. has notified RF Shop and the carriers in writing immediately after loss or damage is discovered on receipt of goods; and
2. lodges a claim for compensation on the carrier within three days of the date of receipt of the goods.
PICK UPS: Goods can be picked up from our premises (6/22 Waddikee road, Lonsdale 5160 SA) from 9:00AM to 5.00PM Monday to Friday. To avoid delays it is recommended that you place your order prior to attending to ensure that goods are ready to pick up from our store.
